First and foremost, please always read the rules listed on the website by the proxy! This helps you get familiar with the system the proxy has in place. With that being said, lets move on as to why I recommend this proxy.
If you have been looking for a China proxy service or specifically Taobao, I can definitely recommend you to TaobaoFocus.
Since I wasn't able to get my Taobao account to work or event set up a payment method, I went on a hunt for a proxy service that could order for me. With that I found Taobao Focus.
You can use the search to look for items in Taobao or insert the link of the Taobao item you would like to buy. Using English words gives some results, but it's better that you use Chinese for better results.
Once you found the item, you add it to your cart. It will also calculate how much your 1st payment will be without having to contact anyone. So you can decide if you want that item now or separate it from the order.
When it's time for you to make your first payment, you are able to use Paypal to pay it directly. You don't need to load any balance to their system. (You can if you would like to though) Refunds will go into the account and not the payment method used.
The orders page keeps you update with the status of your order, once the items are in that same page will have a link to see the pictures of the physical items, and of course the last payment if everything looks good to go!
If you have to talk to their customer support, they are really fast to reply and friendly. I had to only contact them in regards to how pre-orders work.
Which for pre-orders you have to pay the full price, even if the seller is asking for a down-payment now and the rest later. This is so they can pay for all of it once the remaining balance is requested without bothering you about that part. There is also an agreement that you have to verify when you are doing a pre-order, just to make sure that you are aware of why you are being charged the whole amount.
On a side note, you are able to request if they remove the packing of your items to reduce shipping or leave them in its original packaging.
