Both of this websites not only already sell/pre-order products in the store, but if there is an item someone is selling on a Japanese website, they will be able to purchase it for you. Either via direct email contact or forum request.
Response type is really fast, can be a bit slower when multiple events are running.
They are super friendly to talk to if you have any questions or concerns.
They give you gifts for continues purchase/use of their service.
